Coaching is a powerful tool to enable you to achieve your dreams and goals. It is a means by which you gain support and momentum, helps you to short cut your thinking processes and take action.

Coaching is tailored to you as an individual, helping you to build your self-belief, create ideas and identify the steps will take you towards your goal.

Effectively coaching is a focused conversation and the more you put into it the more you will get out of it.

Coaching is about taking time for yourself, during which your coach is 100% committed to your success. If you have ever experienced someone listening to you, really giving you his or her full attention, you will understand how fulfilling a coaching session can be.

With your agreement, coaching can involve appropriate challenging of your thinking or actions to help you fully understand yourself better - what works and what doesn't.

Coaching is completely confidential. Everything discussed between you and I will remain between us to give you complete trust in both the coaching process and me as your coach.

A typical coaching session will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour and experience suggests between 8 - 12 sessions are required for real success. However, as everyone is unique some clients may require less time and some may require more.

 

Coaching Model

I use the GROW model in my coaching sessions. This is a model of best coaching practice and is used by most of the leading coaches in the world today.

During our sessions I will help you to:

  • Identify the Goal that you wish to attain;

  • Discuss the Reality of your current situation and how this impacts on achieving your goal;

  • Discover some Options available to you; and

  • Plan what you Will do to help you achieve your goal.
